Returns & Exchanges

We have curated and selected the very best products and clothing for families. We have spent many hours researching, testing and selecting what we feel will add value to your home. We offer a 14 days from your purchase date to make a return or exchange (please note some exclusions apply).

You may return an eligible Product to us within 14 days of the Date of Delivery of the Product in exchange for a store credit, exchange or refund provided the returned Product is:

  • new, unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached or still inside its original packaging; and
  • is not one of the following items excluded from return due to safety standards, hygiene standards or laws preventing resale: cots, bassinets, mattresses, play mats, furniture, intimates, breast pumps & accessories, prams & strollers, car seats, bulky items and  capsules.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1 – Please email our customer service team at customerservice@houseofbimbi.com to receive your RA

Step 2 – Please package your item carefully and attached the shipping label with RA reference which will be emailed to you.

Step 3 – Please return your parcel or mailer box to your closest AUSPOST sending collection point and send your parcel back to us. Please note: returns without an authorisation will not be accepted. Exclusions & Exceptions

Please note that there are items that are not eligible for a return due to saniatary or safety reasons, please mindful of your choices when selecting these items for purchase. These items include:

  • Bassinets
  • Cots
  • Mattresses
  • Play Mats
  • Furniture
  • Breast Pumps & Accessories
  • Prams & Strollers
  • Car Seats
  • Capsules
  • Intimates
  • Care products
  • Items noted BULKY ITEMS *

Exceptions will be granted if House of Bimbi is at fault, for example for any faulty products or dispatch errors. If you have receveid a faulty item please contact us at customerservice@houseofbimbi.com

Klarna, Shopit & Afterpay Purchases: We will honour for exchange or credit only (this is due to the cost incurred).

Exchanges

Please note exchanges are subject to availability only. If we are unable to exchange your item, you can select an alternative product, store credit or (if eligible) a refund.

Store Credit

Store credits are issued for the amount paid (less any discounts ). Your credit note will be emailed to, once your return has been processed.

All store credit from House of Bimbi is valid for 3 years after the date of issue.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method only.

If your return does not meet our return conditions for a refund, we will issue you with a store credit.

Please note that refunds can take up to 7 days to for processing and to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Sale Items

On occasion, we will run specific promotions that have different return conditions.

Please choose carefully as sale items cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit, unless faulty. For faulty items, we will offer an exchange or refund. Sale items are not available, in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
